In the short period since Ted left the bench, he has successfully mediated matters involving complex financial and legal issues among multiple parties. These include major tort cases as well as securities law claims, construction disputes, antitrust claims, insurance coverage cases, disputes between professionals and their former firms, an appeal of the property taxation of a major industrial facility and disputes between local government units. He has served as arbitrator of a challenge to Indy Car’s engine regulations and disputes involving insurance coverage issues, competitors for a corporate acquisition, professional and former firms.
