The “broker” engaging the interests of venture capitalists regarding a buyout of business by the “broker” and his new business partners resolves a seven-figure claim. The manufacturer agrees to sell a part of its business that was under producing to the broker who had the business connections to bring the under producing lines to profitability. Asset purchase is pending at this time. This was a multi-party and multi-session case.
